Exquis Fileuse is an interactive and typographic take on the Cadavre Exquis, or Exquisite Corpse. The Exquisite Corpse activity invites participants to collaborate, usually adding sketches or writing to another’s work. Based on this concept of collaborative building paired with the curiosity instilled by James Sanborn’s sculptural Kryptos, this functioning prototype features fractured prose collected from studio-mates. The structure revolves from a central axis, encouraging those who partake to spin their own versions of these narratives.
