Stretching to unexpected lengths and building on prior works, A Year in the Life is an exploration of form and time, visualizing data. In response to ‘Seeking Balance’, a temporal and numeric system was devised based on Kayla’s meticulously recorded calendar documenting 365 days worth of events. This receipt shows the record of time spent in meetings, classes, workshops and beyond with colleagues, students and collaborators.
